However, we acknowledge that women still face significant challenges in the workplace. Rather than embracing their natural strengths and talents, which stem from their unique femininity, they often feel compelled to imitate and replicate the behaviors of their male colleagues.
This approach not only hinders their progress in the workplace but also suppresses the innate gender-based abilities that, if identified and utilized, can lead to positive transformations, not only for themselves but also for the organizations they work for.
Superchampz has a strong commitment to promoting the development of families in Asia, and in line with this mission, we have now taken on the challenge of enhancing women's leadership and influence in the workplace by harnessing the power of their emotional intelligence.
Our decision to focus on emotional intelligence is based on research findings from prestigious institutions such as the Harvard Business School and the Korn Ferry Hay Group, which have shown that women tend to exhibit stronger emotional and social competencies that are directly linked to effective leadership and management as compared to men.

SuperCoach Dave is an International Speaker, Trainer and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Specialist, and the International Head of Training for EQ World Singapore. He believes that emotions drive people and people drive performance, and teaches that success has little to do with how educated a person is, but rather how smart they are in tapping into the power of their emotional intelligence.
Using proven strategies and activities, he shows how emotional intelligence is the key to success, and that all highly successful people are tapping into and unleashing the power of their emotional intelligence.
He has worked with organizations such as Air Asia, Philippine Airlines, Jet Star Airways, and Shell Oil Company, among others.

Granville is the Group CEO of EQ World Pte Ltd, a consulting and training company specializing in organizational behavior and performance. The group conducts workshops for corporate and adult audiences, aimed at enhancing performance, dealing with change, building partnerships, and resilience.
Additionally, Granville offers developmental coaching to help individuals cope with deep emotional issues resulting from past programming, such as trauma and depression.
